At Adapt and Overcome Consultants, we believe every person—regardless of ability—deserves to feel safe, prepared, and empowered in the face of crisis. Founded by combat-decorated veterans and led by accessibility advocate and Army veteran Jordan Teegardin, our mission is to provide personalized emergency preparedness planning for individuals with disabilities without adding financial stress to those already living on fixed incomes.

Instead of charging individuals directly, we partner with agencies like the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) to ensure our services remain accessible, effective, and equitable.

We also offer services outside of those agencies.
